4. Device Permissions
Mini Tarot requests minimal permissions strictly required to provide specific optional features within the mobile application:
- Camera / Photo Selection (
CAMERA/ System Photo Picker): Used exclusively if you choose to set a custom card backing photo using your camera or gallery picker. Photos selected are processed and stored strictly on-device in local storage / app memory. We do not transmit, view, or store your photos remotely.
5. Local Data Storage & Retention
All data generated while using the Application (such as card reading history, custom card back preferences, dark/light theme settings, and shuffle state) is saved locally on your device using web storage / localStorage or WebView local caches.
6. Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with Google Play's User Data policy regarding data retention and deletion, users have full control over their local data:
- In-App Deletion: You can permanently wipe all reading history and stored profile data by navigating to the Analytics view and tapping Reset All Profile Data.
- Android System Deletion: You can clear all application data at any time via Android System Settings → Apps → Mini Tarot → Storage & Cache → Clear Storage, or simply by uninstalling the application.
